As a Telecaller with Accrefin, you’re the initial contact point, providing product information and support to customers. You’ll focus on understanding customer needs and resolving queries to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Meet daily call targets to assist with customer inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain compliance with call scripts and company policies.
  • Document all calls and follow up as required.
  • Contribute to team efforts to surpass service goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
  • Proven experience in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Preferred (English, Hindi, Kannada)
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 25+ years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in Banks or Similar Financial Institutions
